Daniel Pennac is a renowned French writer whose most famous work is the Malaussene family saga, veritable ode to the Belleville neighbourhood. His playful, fluid style and whimsical characters have made him a favourite of the reading public. Tonino Benacquista is a noir novel specialist who has since branched out into other media, such as theatre, comics and cinema - where he earned the French Academy Award for best script for the movie Sur mes levres. Achde began drawing comics at age three and has never stopped. Creator of such series as "CRS=detresse" and "Woker" (with Widenlocher), he eventually fulfilled a childhood dream when he was asked to take over as artist for "Lucky Luke."
