Marianna Mordenti is passionate about everything to do with cooking. She is a chef, and runs a catering company in Marrakech in Morocco. She has also worked in publishing for many years, with a particular focus on illustrated food and wine books. In Italy, she recently edited a series of more than 40 books entitled Protagonisti in Cucina.
