Author description

Rebeca Raney is an artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Often working with an electric colour palette, Raney brings a unique whimsy to her Raneytown paintings and sculptures that range from small-scale drawings of imaginary animals to life-size embroidered creations. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, she has exhibited internationally and has been featured in numerous publications including the New York Times and Japan's Fudge Magazine.
