DescriptionThe book had its genesis in my thesis Deconstructing Light, which I wrote for Master of Creative Writing AUT. The poems are an investigation of the impact of my father’s influence on me - his scientific mind, his love of photography and astronomy and how this influence has shaped my own development, career choice (a science teacher), my own learning to see the world.
